Prefabricated piles – Concrete Precast Piles.Precast piles solve deep foundation requirements for all types of structure in a way that is rapid and clean. These are displacement piles that are driven into the ground producing compaction and reducing the amount of waste produced by excavation. Our high performance driving equipment shortens execution times enormously and makes it possible to join sections to reach solid strata at great depth. This is an ideal solution in the case of circulating underground water and hostile terrain, and it enables horizontal loads to be absorbed by inclining piles or using pre-stressed piles. High strength materials and guaranteed joints are used (CE product registered with N marking), and manufacturing at permanent factories means that the product is subject to rigorous quality control. RodioKronsa offers the option of performing rapid and reliable dynamic load tests using an electronic pile driving analyser (P.D.A.) to control driving stresses exactly and measure load-bearing capacity.
