Cast in-situ piles

Piles are reinforced structural components for foundations that are manufactured in situ to perform various functions in their role as structural elements interacting with the ground:

• Transmitting loads to the ground. (Traditional piles)
• Serving as containment structures. (Discontinuous pile walls and secant piled walls)
• Performing geotechnical improvements. (Mortar piles)
• Acting as column-type structural elements. (Pier Piles).
• Acting as a geothermal heat exchanger (thermoactive piles).

New technologies applied to this technique permit control over drilling and concreting parameters during pile execution, ensuring greater security regarding pile integrity. The high torque of our drilling equipment allows even the hardest rock layers to be penetrated.

We can offer the best execution procedure to suit the ground conditions: piles with mud or pipes, continuous bore or Rodiostar (with the option of fitting the casing along the whole length of the pile, up to a depth of 30m).
